PRIZIM Inc. is seeking full time environmental management professionals to work as integral members of a high performance technical team supporting a Department of Homeland Security client in Washington, DC. Our job is to support development and implementation of an emerging national environmental and occupational safety and health program. Ideal candidates must be able to work independently and represent the firm and the client in a positive, professional, and effective manner. Candidates must be adaptable to changing priorities, have top-notch communication skills, sound judgment under stress, and instinctively know when to lead and when to follow. This position is based in Washington, DC and may involve up to 25% travel.
Top candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance and have a relevant Bachelors degree with at least 2-3 years experience in environmental program management and/or development. Specific qualifications include demonstrated success in: program and mission support, policy analysis and development, technical environmental compliance expertise, capacity building and relationship development, training and outreach experience, and working knowledge of Environmental Management System (EMS) development and implementation. Successful federal government experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be ready for a new challenge every day.
